But, taking it just one thing at a time, one day at a time, is how I have written books, lost 56lbs, and created this challenge for you. 🧡

Maybe you want to eat healthier, write something, learn something, clean something, or even start something like a business, going to school, it can be anything. Maybe you want to just get the laundry off the couch, that struggle is real. 😉

This last quarter of the year is just starting today, and 90 days is plenty of time to get started on your ONE thing.

- FIRST: Decide today what you want to accomplish.
- SECOND: Write down 3 things it will take to get started,
- THIRD: What is ONE thing on your list that you can do today? Just one.
- FINAL: Each day foe the next week, just do one thing.
- When you accomplish one, add a new on to the list.
